How do I sign up?
You will receive an email with a link to complete the TEC SDPA Contract submission. We’ll send you our W-9 and a personalized TEC Service Agreement. Have the agreement signed, scan it and upload it to TEC.
You will receive an automated reply that includes the name and contact information of your SDPA Coordinator and the next steps in getting started. Once you submit the list of online resources used by your district, we will process it as quickly as possible.
Vendors with signed TEC DPAs
- There may be some vendors on your list that we have already signed DPAs with TEC. We'll send you a one-page document, an 'Exhibit E', for your authorized signer to sign and return, You're all set!
Vendors without signed DPAs
- We will send our standard model DPA to these vendors for signatures. If needed, we will involve our attorney to review any requested modifications and negotiate the final terms and conditions of an initial DPA with the vendor.
Vendor unresponsive or declines to sign
- Some vendors have declined to sign our DPA and we will post these on registry as "declined" and include the vendor's stated reason.
