When you join our alliance of school districts you get:

  • Access the TEC-SDPC secure, private platform by state
  • Access to all TEC Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs)
  • Ability to add your district to any TEC negotiated statewide DPA in entire portfolio with a single signature
  • Administrative support to facilitate the signing of individual vendor agreements
  • Legal support to review and negotiate initial DPA vendor agreements with vendors*
  • Access to TEC SDPA Access 4 Learning (A4L) Community Tools and Resources
  • Participation in alliance member networking meetings

*Additional hours of expert legal counsel available by request - $250/hr
