Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services) through Best Buddies has been keeping TEC High School students busy every Monday afternoon preparing for an all-school volunteer project. Pauline November has been sharing the benefits of volunteer work, showing students how to find opportunities on-line, explaining different types of volunteer service, and highlighting how to showcase volunteer activities on our resumes. As noted, the Pre-ETS/Best Buddies team will be arranging an all-school volunteer day in a few months time, with the added bonus of a volunteer stipend to be given to each participant! We are all looking forward to what will surely be a rewarding and fun experience!
