Kevin Carlton - Science

Mr. Carlton has been teaching for 20 years at the high school level. This is his first year at TEC High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree from The University of Rhode Island, where he played for the Men’s Ice Hockey Team and received his Masters from Fitchburg State University. Mr. Carlton loves all sciences, but really enjoys biology. He is originally from Canton, MA and lives in Foxboro with his wife and three children. He enjoys playing sports, board games, and working outside.

Ms. Nadea Coleman

Ms. Nadea Coleman - Math

Ms. Coleman has been teaching at TEC high school for over seven years. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Boston University and Lesley University respectively. Ms. Coleman seeks peace and joy in teaching all math subjects, especially algebra. She lives in Boston, MA where she also works for Full Time Mom Inc. She enjoys spending time with her family, solving puzzles, and traveling.

Kimberly Drooker- Special Education

Ms. Drooker has been working with adolescents with disabilities for over 20 years. She has her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received her Masters in Special Education from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. With a background in television and theater production, she always finds an opportunity to incorporate the arts into her teaching practice. In her free time she loves to go hiking with her son, yoga and traveling.

Mr. Dana Gurwitch - Social Studies

Mr. G has been teaching at TEC High School since 2000. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Intellectual History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Public Affairs/International Relations from UMASS Boston. The subjects Mr. Gurwitch most enjoys teaching are Criminal Justice and World History I. He lives in Quincy with his wife, two sons, and his dog, Sparky. He enjoys doing yoga and hiking during the little bit of free time he has!

Ms. Elizabeth Harris - English

Ms. Harris has been teaching English at TEC since 2015: starting at TEC Phoenix Academy and more recently at TEC High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature  from the University of Virginia, a Master of Education in Special Education from Cambridge College, a Certificate in Technology in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and is pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Technology at Lesley University.  At home in Wrentham, she manages a small theater company and the family’s backyard farm with her husband, teenage daughter, 3 dogs, 3 cats, 15 goats, and 250+ chickens, turkeys, and guinea fowl.

Mrs. Lisa Silletti - Special Education

Mrs. Silletti has been teaching adolescents for many years and began at TEC High School in 2014. She is a licensed Special Education Teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Master’s of Education Degrees in Education from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA and Special Education from Framingham State University, Framingham, MA. She enjoys teaching Reading and Language Arts, providing Academic Support, as well as supporting the Math, Sciences and Humanities classes. Outside of school, Mrs. Silletti enjoys volunteering and spending time in the out-of-doors.

Ms. Colleen Flaherty - LCSW Counselor

Ms. Flaherty started at TEC in 2021. She received her Bachelors in Social Work from Gordon College, and received her Masters of Social Work from Boston College. She has worked at a variety of social work and educational settings and strives to meet learners where they are. Outside of school she enjoys taking her dog for hikes, anything outdoors and running. Ms. Flaherty actually ran the Virtual Boston Marathon 2021.  She enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her husband and Great Dane, Harper.

Mr. Manny Calvao - Teaching Assistant

Mr. Calvao has been at TEC High School since 2016. He received a BA degree in History. He assists teaching Math, History, Science, and STEM Electives.

Ms. Beth Danesco

Ms. Beth Danesco - Teaching Assistant

Ms. Danesco has been at TEC High School since 2016. She received her BA in History from Providence College and her MFA in film/screenwriting from The University of Miami. She is a certified English teacher and enjoys helping students improve their confidence in writing. Outside of school, Ms Danesco enjoys doing her own creative writing for theater and film. She lives in Foxboro.

Mrs. Rebecca Jackson - Teaching Assistant

Mrs. Jackson has a BA (English) from Boston College and a MA (Teaching English) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her 25 year career in education includes teaching high school in Alabama, tutoring (including students with ADHD, Dyslexia and on the Autism spectrum), and 11 years teaching at the collegiate level in both Illinois and Massachusetts. She enjoys road trips, hiking, and reading.

Katherine Falvey - Administrative Assistant

Ms. Falvey has been the Administrative Assistant at TEC HS since the beginning of this school year. She worked as an administrator for the past 7 years in the Franklin school system and before that in the private sector.  Ms. Falvey loves interacting with the students and their families. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, beach days, and playing pickleball.
