The lovely venue of the Lakeview Pavilion in Foxboro again hosted a memorable and moving graduation ceremony for the eight seniors who will be saying farewell to TEC High School. There were lots of tears, hugs, laughs, and smiles as the staff recognized the hard work and perseverance of the graduates and their families, who were delighted to participate in this momentous occasion. Awards were also handed out to recognize notable academic and personal achievements. Among the winners whose photos are included in the gallery images were Grace Lassen (best represents the philosophy of TEC High School), Ryan McClernan (outstanding history student), Cam Pilato (outstanding science student), and Vinnie Giassi (outstanding math student). One of the most meaningful presentations was of a $500 scholarship granted to a college bound graduate on behalf of the late husband of TEC High’s own administrative assistant Sharon White, who, along with her daughter, bestowed their gift to John Ruggiero, who will be attending UMASSAmherst. Overall, May 27, 2022 will be recorded as the pinnacle of a challenging, but rewarding journey for students, staff, friends, and families of all those affiliated with The Education Cooperative High School.
