This course is designed to help educators take control of their schedules, reduce stress, and create sustainable systems for organization. We’ll assess our current approach and refine key tools, including short- and long-term calendars, to-do lists, email management strategies, and regular self-checkpoints to evaluate and adjust your systems as needed. Each session will focus on a specific aspect of organization, providing practical examples and fully editable resources. The course will help you apply these strategies effectively–so you can plan ahead, stay organized, and reclaim your time.
About the Instructor
Tom Millett is a dedicated educator with 15 years of experience as a teacher, Dean of Students, and now Assistant Principal at Westwood High School. He began his career teaching middle school Math and U.S. History before moving into leadership roles. Tom is passionate about fostering a positive school culture, supporting student success, and equipping educators with effective organizational strategies. He leads professional development on school culture, restorative practices, and time management, helping educators create more structured, efficient, and student-centered learning environments.
