Emily Manz - Program Coordinator for Internships & Career Exploration
Emily received her BA in Journalism and MA in Digital Media from Northeastern University. As a double Husky, she knows her way around an internship, initiating her own program at her hometown newspaper, The Berkshire Eagle, in addition two co-op rotations in the Living/Arts department of The Boston Globe during her time at Northeastern. Emily returned to Northeastern as a Marketing Coordinator for the D'Amore McKim school of Business for five years. Most recently, she was the Director of Programming and Communications at the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, where she was responsible for promoting local business and fostering relationships. In her new role at TEC, Emily looks forward to continuing to grow these business relationships even further! When not working, you can find her with her husband and two daughters, Lucie and Eliza.

Jennifer Sullivan - Assistant Coordinator for Internships & Career Exploration
Jennifer Sullivan has a BA in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and a M.Ed. in School Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After completing her Master’s Degree, Jennifer moved to Boston to be closer to her family, quickly adopting Boston teams! Jen worked as a School Guidance Counselor in Holliston, gaining experience and skills, working collaboratively with others, engaging in reflective listening, goal setting, and developing trusting professional relationships. Since joining TEC in 2019, Jennifer values helping students gain meaningful experience in an identified career of interest. Jen is the mother of four active boys, enjoys running, tennis and walking her yellow lab Albie.

Lauren Merriam, Internship Coordinator for Internships & Career Exploration
Lauren Merriam received her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Rhode Island and Master's in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. Before joining TEC she worked at Fisher College assisting students to secure internships, create resumes and cover letters, and prepare for their career search. She has held administrative roles in recruitment, development, and advising at several higher education institutions and non profit organizations. She is thrilled to be working with high school students to find internship experiences that will help guide them to careers that fit their interests.
