Lisa Freedman
Program Director
TEC Academy - Phoenix and Lower Campus
Lisa brings to her role at TEC decades of experience in special education, as a high school teacher, student services department head, professional development coordinator, integrated preschool director, and member of a district leadership team, most recently in the Westwood Public Schools. She has extensive experience building and leading specialized programs to support students with unique needs and their families. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Lesley College and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and reading.
Bridget Cecere
Elementary Program Coordinator/Lead Teacher
TEC Academy - Lower Campus
For 25 years, Bridget has been a special education teacher at the preschool, elementary, and middle levels, supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in several districts, both in inclusion models and in substantially separate therapeutic programs. In addition to her work as a teacher, her clinical experience includes working as a Mental Health Clinician and an Early Intervention Psychologist. Bridget holds a MEd in Special Education from UMASS-Boston, an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford, and a BA in Psychology and Communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Outside of work, Bridget enjoys spending time with family and friends in and around Boston, at the beach, or just quietly at home.
