About the Instructor

Carol Pelletier Radford is the founder of Mentoring in Action, an organization dedicated to the success of novice teachers and their mentors. She received her doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she focused her studies on mentoring and teacher leadership. Carol is an experienced classroom teacher, university education administrator, and certified yoga instructor. Her new book, When I Started Teaching, I Wish I Had Known… Weekly Wisdom For Beginning Teachers is a Corwin bestseller. She is currently hosting the Teacher to Teacher podcast with Corwin Press and is supporting teachers through Podcast PD. Carol is committed to supporting the well-being of all educators. Karen DeRusha is a former elementary school teacher and early childhood professional development developer/provider. She has presented courses for TEC.
